When you purchase a logo design or identity system service from Marič Design, we collect your name, phone number, email address, payment details, and order information.
This data is used to fulfill and manage the agreement with you. Processing is based on GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (performance of a contract).
Some data may also be processed based on our legitimate interest in effective administration, under Article 6(1)(f).


Administration and invoicing
We collect contact details to ensure the correct handling of payments and project management.

 

Changes and complaints
In case of changes or complaints, we use your contact information to follow up and maintain further dialogue. This is necessary to comply with our agreement, cf. GDPR Article 6(b).
